Voordat u het formulier invult is het volgende van belang: 

• HET AANMELDINGSFORMULIER WORDT ZICHTBAAR ALS JE JE GEREGISTREERD HEBT EN INLOGD BENT. ZIE ONDER ACCOUNT. Iedereen kan zich registreren. Registratie leidt niet tot enige verplichting m.b.t. een lidmaatschap. 
• Iedereen is van harte welkom! 
• Namen en e-mailadressen van aanmelders zijn niet zichtbaar op de website
• Individueel per persoon aanmelden
• Bij het bestellen van eten kun je kiezen uit vegetarisch of niet-vegetarisch 
• Er zijn verschillende manieren waarop je je al dan niet kunt aanmelden, lees het goed door en let goed op bij het aanvinken van de vele opties (eenmaal aangemeld is dat niet terug te draaien): 
  • LID: Ben je lid, dan kun je gratis 3x koffie/thee/wat lekkers, lunch, buffet én een bandana bestellen. O.a. om voedselverspilling te voorkomen als gevolg van het niet verschijnen na aanmelding vragen wij van de leden, als zij gebruik maken van de gezamenlijke lunch en/of buffet een inschrijfbedrag van € 10. Als je je die dag bij binnenkomst meldt bij de NVHPV stand om de enveloppe (op naam) met bonnen en eventuele bandana op te halen, wordt het bedrag nadien op je rekening teruggestort. Als je niet deelneemt aan lunch en/of buffet en alleen aan een toertocht en/of lezing hoef je daarvoor géén inschrijfgeld te betalen. 
  • GEEN LID: Ben je géén lid, dan betaal je de kostprijs als je wilt meelunchen en/of aanschuiven bij het warm buffet en/of een bandana wenst. Als je de hele dag deelneemt is het wellicht handig om ook aan te vinken dat je 3x koffie/thee en wat lekkers wilt, want dan hoef je slechts bonnen in te leveren! Als je koffie/thee/wat lekkers, lunch en buffet wilt en een bandana wenst, kortom alles besteld, kost dat totaal € 37,15. Je ontvangt de enveloppe (op naam) met de bestelde horecabonnen/bandana na binnenkomst bij de NVHPV-stand
  • NOG GEEN LID: Ben je nóg geen lid, maar wil je alsnog profiteren van alle gratis zaken die dag, dan kun je je onder vermelding van 'Speciale aanbieding' aanmelden (op de aanmeldpagina) als volledig lid met automatische incasso voor de rest van 2024 en heel 2025 voor een bedrag van € 25. Je ontvangt dan ook periodiek het mooie ledenblad Ligfiets&. Zie: Een cadeautje voor nieuwe leden! Daarna kun je je als lid aanmelden voor de viering en doe je gratis mee tot een maximum van €37,10. 
  • ZONDER AANMELDING: Je kunt spontaan komen zonder aanmelding, je rekent dan eventuele consumpties zelf af bij de bar, je kunt meefietsen met één van de fietsroute's en je kunt tegen contante betaling eventueel een bandana kopen bij de NVHPV-stand 
• LEZINGEN: Wil je aan een lezing (alleen in het Nederlands) deelnemen, meld je dan aan middels het formulier. Per tijdslot kun je aan één lezing deelnemen, dus maximaal aan twee lezingen die middag. Wie het eerst komt.....Is de lezing volgeboekt dan melden we dat op de website. Mocht er bij enige lezing op dat moment nog plaats zijn, dan kun je aanschuiven
• FIETSTOCHTEN: Vink aan als je aan een van de twee fietstochten deelneemt (zie het uitgebreide programma). Doe je mee aan de jubileumtocht van de NVHPV, vermeld dan tevens met welk soort fiets je komt. 

• (THE APPLICATION FORM BECOMES VISIBLE WHEN YOU HAVE REGISTERED AND LOGGED IN. SEE UNDER ACCOUNT. Anyone can register. Registration does not lead to any membership obligation)
• Everyone is welcome! 
• Names and email addresses of submitters are not visible on the website
• Individual per person registration
• When ordering food, you can choose from vegetarian or non-vegetarian 
• There are several ways you can sign up or not, read it carefully and pay close attention when checking the many options (once signed up, it cannot be reversed): 
  • MEMBER: If you are a member, you can order 3x free coffee/tea/some sweets, lunch, buffet and a bandana. To prevent food waste as a result of not showing up after registration, we ask members to pay an amount of € 10 when you order lunch and/or dinner. If you check in at the NVHPV stand on that day to pick up the envelope (in name) with vouchers and eventual bandana, the amount will be refunded on your account afterwards. If you do not participate in lunch and/or buffet and only in a tour and/or lecture, you do not have to pay a registration fee for that. 
  • NOT A MEMBER: If you are not a member, you pay the cost price if you want to join us for lunch and/or the warm buffet and/or want a bandana. If you are participating for the whole day, it might be useful to also check that you want 3x coffee/tea and some goodies, because then you don't have to pay for each cup, but only turn in one voucher! If you participate in everything and want a bandana, the total cost is € 37.15. You receive the envelope with coupons/bandana after entering the NVHPV stand.  
  • NOT YET A MEMBER: Are you not yet a member, but would you still like to benefit from all the free things that day, then you can sign up, stating 'Special Offer' as a full member with direct debit for the rest of 2024 and 2025 for an amount of € 25. You will then also periodically receive the beautiful membership magazine Ligfiets&. See: A gift for new members! 
    Then you can sign up as a member for the celebration
  • WITHOUT REGISTRATION: You can come spontaneously without registration, you pay for any refreshments yourself at the bar, you can join one of the cycling routes and you can buy a bandana for a cash payment at the NVHPV stand 
• LECTURES: If you would like to participate in a lecture (only in Dutch) then sign up using the form. You can participate in one lecture per time slot, so a maximum of two lectures that afternoon. Who comes first.....If the lecture is fully booked we will announce it on the website. Should there be room at any reading at that time, you can join
• BIKE TOURS: Please tick if you will participate in one of the two bicycle trips (see the detailed program). If you participate in the jubilee tour of the NVHPV, please also mention the type of bike you will use.
